What is Nomli Mingle?
Nomli Mingle is a social app to meet people and connect across borders—chat, profiles, media, and creator tools. Our line is: Beyond borders. Beyond limits.
Where can I get the app?
On the App Store and Google Play (search "Nomli Mingle" or use the links from our site).
Is the app the same on iPhone and Android?
Mostly yes. Purchases and some system dialogs may look different because Apple and Google handle payments separately.
Accounts & sign-in
How do I create an account?
Download the app and sign up with the options shown on the login screen (for example Google where available). Complete your profile when prompted.
I signed in with Google but ended up on profile setup—why?
The app checks that your profile is complete. If data is still loading or incomplete, you may be asked to finish setup before the home experience unlocks.
How do I delete my account or get my data?
Use in-app settings if available, or email support@nomlimingle.com with your request. We'll point you to the right flow or process.
Nomli Mingle subscriptions (Dating / bundles)
What are subscriptions for?
Subscriptions unlock premium dating / bundle features (exact names and benefits are shown in the app before you pay).
How am I charged?
Subscriptions are billed through Apple App Store or Google Play on the plan you choose (for example monthly or annual). Prices are shown in your local currency when possible.
How do I cancel or change my plan?
On iOS: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. On Android: Google Play → Payments & subscriptions. Cancelling stops renewal; you keep access until the end of the paid period unless the store rules say otherwise.
Where are the legal links?
Privacy: nomlimingle.com/privacy. Terms / wallet-related terms may be linked from wallet.nomlimingle.com and our in-app settings—use the URLs you publish in App Store Connect and the app.
Tokens & wallet
What are tokens?
Tokens are in-app value you can use for features that cost tokens (for example gifts and other paid actions).
Where can I buy tokens?
You can buy tokens inside the Nomli Mingle app or on the web wallet: https://wallet.nomlimingle.com/.
Do tokens expire?
Follow what the app and any purchase screen say at the time of purchase. If unsure, ask support@nomlimingle.com.
I bought tokens and they didn't show up—what should I do?
Check your receipt (App Store, Google Play, or your wallet web checkout). Then contact support@nomlimingle.com with your account email, approximate time of purchase, and whether you used the app or the web wallet.
Creators & earning
Who counts as a creator?
Creators are users who publish content and participate in the creator program shown in the app (including Creator Pro where applicable).
What is Creator Pro?
Creator Pro is a paid creator tier managed through the same type of in-app purchase flow as other subscriptions (we use RevenueCat behind the scenes). Benefits are described on the paywall inside the app.
How does creator "score" work?
Engagement on your content contributes to your score—for example views, likes, and comments (the app's Monetization section explains how points are thought about). Higher meaningful engagement generally supports a higher share of the creator pool, subject to rules in the app.
Do gifts affect earnings?
Yes. Gifts can show up in your creator stats and wallet activity (for example gift_received-style ledger entries). Dollar estimates in the dashboard are indicative and may use a token-to-USD rate shown in the app.
What is founding creator credit?
Eligible founding creators may see a founding credit (for example a small USD amount) with states like awaiting Pro, vesting, or credited. Details and eligibility are shown in the creator monetization flow.
Payouts & withdrawals
How is my payout calculated?
In line with the in-app formula: your share of the monthly creator pool is based on your creator score relative to all eligible creators (conceptually: creator_share = your_score ÷ total_scores, payout = creator_share × monthly_creator_pool). Exact pool and eligibility are defined by Nomli's live program.
When do payouts run?
Monthly, on a Net 15 style schedule (as shown in the app). The app may show a next payout date (for example around the 15th UTC in internal copy).
What is the minimum payout?
$5 USD (or your equivalent at payout time, per your program rules). Eligible balances below the minimum roll over until you reach the threshold.
How do I get paid?
Bank transfer and Paystack (as described in the in-app creator monetization flow), after you complete any required verification.
What if I'm under the minimum?
Unpaid balance rolls over to the next cycle until you reach the minimum (per in-app rules).
Are payouts guaranteed?
Payouts depend on program rules, pool size, compliance, fraud checks, and tax/legal requirements. The app's creator terms and support communications apply.
App updates & performance
How do I get the latest version?
Update from the App Store or Google Play. Turning on automatic updates helps.
A feature crashed or video won't play—what should I try?
Update the app, restart the phone, and try again on Wi‑Fi. If it persists, email support@nomlimingle.com with your device model, OS version, and what you were doing.
Why do subscription prices look different sometimes?
Apple and Google show localized prices; the store is the final price you pay.
